
Michael Pietrucha, a Loyola University Chicago School of Law graduate, brings a unique perspective to his work at Pietrucha Law Firm. With over a decade of experience in hospitals in both Wisconsin and Illinois, Michael possesses a deep understanding of healthcare-related issues that directly impact employees, such as medical leave, employee benefits, HIPAA and privacy.
Prior to pursuing his legal career, Michael interned with the City of Joliet, Illinois Police Department, where he worked alongside police detectives and gained valuable insight into criminal issues that can arise in the workplace, including background checks, workplace theft, and fraud.
As a law clerk at Pietrucha Law Firm, Michael provides invaluable support to our litigation teams by conducting thorough research and contributing factual analysis to employment cases. His diverse background and skill set make him an integral part of our team.
